The project
A clear architecture bringing complementary functions together.
The project comprises administrative and educational premises, a central kitchen and a cafeteria on a 3,050 m² plot in the Bras Fusil industrial zone.
Standing along the RN3 at the entrance to the Bras-Fusil industrial zone, the building housing ALEFPA’s central kitchen and catering unit is designed to mark this entrance.
It has a simple massing of three distinct volumes expressing the three main functions of the facility (catering, central kitchen and administration).
