29 homes in apartment buildings
Located in L’Ermitage-Les-Bains, the “Le Clos du Sable Blanc” residence comprises four buildings with 29 homes, from studios to three-bedroom duplexes, on two storeys, across a site of about 4,000 m².
It was designed in the spirit of a boutique hotel, with a bioclimatic approach.
Fully secure and with a shared swimming pool, the residence has wide planted paths arranged around a landscaped garden. Each home has its own entrance.
Secondary pedestrian accesses connect the residence to the footpaths of the estate.
