Aigues Marines Residence

Located in the Bellepierre district of Saint-Denis, the Aigues Marines Residence provides 26 homes in a residential setting shaped by the slopes of the town’s first heights.

The project favours a contemporary, legible architecture in scale with its surroundings. The massing seeks to reconcile density and quality of use, with particular attention to the homes’ outdoor extensions, to natural light and to the climatic conditions specific to Réunion.

The layout of the residence creates a living environment that is at once urban, comfortable and open, where the homes keep a close relationship with their surroundings. Through a restrained, functional architecture, the project supports the residential character of Bellepierre while asserting its own identity.
