Breguet III Residences

As part of the urban renewal of the Lepervanche-Verges-Voie Triomphale district of Le Port, these projects provide 29 homes in apartment buildings and 20 individual houses on four separate sites.

This is a group of 20 individual houses, from two to four bedrooms. The layout was chosen so that the main façades face the access roads. Each home has a parking space accessible to people with reduced mobility, at the entrance to the plot. The homes have a private garden at the front and at the back.

The overall massing was meant to be very clear and simple, while keeping pitched roofs so that the buildings fit into the neighbourhood. For full climatic protection, the façades are shielded from direct sunlight by timber or metal cladding. The windows have louvred shutters and sun canopies to limit solar gain. The homes are dual-aspect to make the most of natural ventilation.
