Health & Social care
Sainte Marie, Réunion
The project
An open, green and naturally ventilated living environment.
The project sits in the Beauséjour development zone on a gently sloping site. It comprises 76 homes with shops on the ground floor, in two four-storey buildings that favour natural light, ventilation and views of the landscape. The bioclimatic architecture and the planting create a sustainable, comfortable and peaceful living environment.
