This high-end seaside resort is organised like a real tropical village, where the architecture blends into lush vegetation and opens widely onto the ocean. The composition favours human-scale volumes, soaring roofs and natural materials, in a contemporary language inspired by island vernacular architecture. Pools, gardens, villas, restaurants and wellness spaces form a succession of open places, creating a fluid continuity between architecture, landscape and the ocean horizon.
