The One Hotel

Conceived as a landscaped villa resort, the project comprises 10 villas with private pools, 35 suites and shared facilities (restaurant, sports centre, beauty and spa centre, concierge, swimming pool). It is organised around a large central lake with organic shapes, the landscaped heart of the resort. The low-rise villas are set around the edge in small, intimate clusters, offering views, terraces and private spaces while keeping a strong presence of vegetation. Curving paths, planted islands and water everywhere make up a horizontal architecture, designed as an immersive journey between living spaces, tropical landscape and places to relax.
