14th Km Nursery

It anchors itself in a neighbourhood that currently lacks a distinctive character through simple contemporary volumes at its scale. Volumes that mark the building lines and original architectural features specific to this public building give the neighbourhood a significant structuring addition.

In keeping with the planning rules, the insertion of the project in the landscape respects above all its scale and density.

Set on the upper part of the site, the project makes the most of the topography to fit into the landscape. The building is on a single level to avoid operating and maintenance problems.

The alignment of the building parallel to rue Frantz Corre confirms its reading as a structuring public building.
